We are pleased to announce that we recently gained Planning Consent for a new Lodge House in the grounds of our Spa Villa development. The Lodge, which you can see CGI renders of by clicking ‘read more’, was sold within hours of permission being granted.

Ground floor structure now completed at Spa Villa. First and second floors should be completed by mid February.
The marketing of the site has begun by the agents John Lake, and a number of the units have already been reserved.
We are pleased to share the news that the foundations for Spa View are now in, meaning that the build of the main block can begin.
There is plenty of interest in the build with 4 of the 9 apartments already reserved.
Site levels and terracing have been now formed. Basic site landscaping and work on the boundaries is well underway.
Our engineers will give us our foundation design and specification shortly and then work on the main building can start.
Planning has now been agreed and work has started on site.
After much discussion and negotiation the design has been finalised and agreed with the Planners. The new apartments will be modern and VERY spacious, with en suite bathrooms and large private terraces or balconies.
