The Company was founded in 2002 by Nigel and Elizabeth Petas who set out to develop Brownfield and re-development of unused or dilapidated properties in South Devon. The company wanted to produce quality homes, while at the same time enhancing the locality of development sites.
The company has grown from the first development, a single 5 bedroom house in Bishopsteignton, to a spectacular block of 9 apartments with a stunning Lodge house. And recently completed – Tor Manor – a gated courtyard crescent of 9 town houses, in the shadow of Torquay’s historic St Andrew’s church in the conservation area of Tormohun.
